- Passed away at Horsham Hospital on July 11th 2026 (Late of MacPherson Smith Aged Care, Stawell and formerly of St. Albans) Husband of Lynette (Dec) , (Former Husband) to Shirley Curtis, Loving father to Darren, Michelle, Kim and their families.
- A Service to Celebrate the Life of Mr. Terence John Smith will be held at the Ballarat Crematorium Chapel ( 1250 Doveton St. North , Ballarat) on Wednesday July 22nd 2026 commencing at 1.30pm
Our love and thoughts are with you Darren, Michelle and family on the passing of your dad Terry, he will be at peace now.
