Passed away at St. John of God Hospital, Ballarat on January 11th, 2026. Dearly loved wife to Ken (Dec). loving mother and mother-in-law to David, Annette & Bill, Sandra & Kev. Adored Nan to Mel, Sarah, Amy, Jack, Tristan, Matt, Kirsty, Ellie and their partners. Treasured Great Nan to her many great grandchildren.
Mum and Dad reunited.
A Private service will be held.

Our thoughts are with you all on the passing of Joan. Such a lovely friendly local identity at Pomonal who always had time for a chat. She welcomed Mum (Beryl Upson) to Eventide homes, helping her to settle in and became a close and dear friend. Love to you all.
