Passed away July 15th at Eventide Home, Stawell. Loved wife of Brian (Dec). Loving mother to Julie, Peter, Kerrie, Stephen and their families.
In accordance with Avis’s wishes a Private Cremation will be held.

To Julie,Peter,Kerrie and Stephen along with your extended family. Deepest condolences on the passing of your Mum. From the early days in the milk bar to her being such a good friend to my Mum when she needed it most. The best sponge and honey rolls I’ve ever tasted when she brought them to our house. Such a strong and likeable person. I know she will be deeply missed. My thoughts are with you all.
Fond memories of the cafe days – when “Big Bar” & “Mrs Bar” were like second parents (guardians) & best friends – to so many of us Stawell youth.
They shared many of our highs & supported many of our lows.

Many fond memories of Avis (and big Bar brian ) growing up here in Stawell and having them keep us on the straight n narrow and even kicking my arse when required….totally concur with what Rocket Rickard wrote….RIP Avis you bloody well earned it…sincerest sympaty and condolences to Peter, Julie, Kerrie and Stephen……
