My heartfelt sympathies to the family, on the passing of Margaret. As a child, I recall her friendship with my grandmother, Ev Phillips, and I have memories from my father, Colin (Swivel) who had deep admiration, respect and fondness for her… which he instilled in me. I have happy memories in more recent years, of being trusted to repair some of Margaret’s favourite jewellery, including the restringing of her pearls. She will be missed, remembered with love.
